With their hands on construction expertise, rcRussell’s construction management personnel assist financial institutions to protect
their interest throughout the construction loan process. Verifying subcontractor/vendor costs and payments. Verification of Hard Cost is by far the largest portion of the project expenses.
Analysis of Soft Cost itemizing all other fees such as; professional design
services, testing, appraisals, marketing, overhead, etc. are involved in the
completion of the project. Services in addition to above include; site inspections, confirmation of stored
materials, documenting work in place, title updates, and execution of lien
waivers as well as final inspections.

rcRussell Management with its professional dedicated staff offers independent services for
Project Scheduling Requirements, Developing Site Specific Logistic Plans as
well as Implementation of Site Safety and Health programs for those clients
whom need only these specialized services.
Project Scheduling – The project schedule represents the road map, to guide the project to a
successful completion. Our scheduler has over 20 years of construction experience. Utilizing the CPM
format, a master schedule will be prepared in the initial stage of project
development identifying all milestones, critical paths, permitting & approval requirements and key decision dates. Once the baseline schedule is
established, it is updated monthly to reflect actual status and approved
modifications to the planned sequence of construction. Cost and manpower loaded
schedules can be prepared to provide information required for cash flow,
financial planning and total manpower requirements. We will collaborate with the Owner and A/E teams to produce a schedule that all
parties can agree on. The scheduling software used is Primavera (P3) Project Planner. The following additional software is available, at the client’s request; Suretrack and MS Project 2007.
Site Logistics Plan – Site specific plans are planned and produced to establish efficient and safe
working conditions for all parties adjacent to and within the construction
zone. The plan is inclusive of major equipment placement, pedestrian and
vehicular travel paths, staging of facilities and required temporary functions,
lay down areas as well as means of emergency operation routes.
Site Logistic Plans are required for every major construction site prior to
obtaining a building permit.

safety whether hired as an overall project manager and/or for these specialized
services. Our corporate risk manager brings his 30+ years of developing and administering loss/injury control in the construction industry to
each project.
The following outlines the initial basis of approach for every project:
• Review proposed site, plans and scope of project
• Create and submit a site specific Health & Safety Plan
• Inspect jobsite – notify contractors of deficiencies, maintain records of inspection
• Report all accidents, injuries, illnesses, environmental hazards, imminent
danger and near misses immediately
• Collect & summarize data on contractors performance
• Create and collaborate an action plan of corrective measures
