Description: Located on West 46th Street in New York City, this 204-room
boutique hotel was renovated under the ICIP Program initiated by the State of
New York. The project entailed a 12-story vertical expansion of a 1930s light
industrial property that now houses conference centers, a health club and roof
top suites.
The 4-star Muse Hotel exudes elegance in the heart of Manhattan.

838 5th Avenue
Owner/Client: The Athena Group
Description: 838 5th Avenue marks the first time in over 40 years that a
newluxury condominium has been built on New York’s prestigious 5th Avenue across from Central Park. The existing
8-story structure was completely re-constructed with both a 4-story vertical
expansion and a 7-story horizontal expansion.
All floors were constructed as full-floor apartments. First floor maid/butler
suites were constructed for Manhattan’s most discriminating property owners. State of the art mechanical systems and a
gorgeous lobby renovation embody the grand entrance to this high-end Upper East
Side apartment building.

Trump Parc Condominiums

Description: The 34-story, luxury high rise condo project, Trump Parc Stamford
in Downtown Stamford, Connecticut. The
project features 170 luxury condos and such amenities as
24-hour concierge/doorman service, indoor swimming pool,
full-service health club, wireless lounge, billiards and screening rooms and a
private rooftop observation deck. The parking garage for Trump Parc sits at the
base of the building
features translucent glass back-lit panels.

Trump Plaza

Description: Trump Plaza is an integral part of a $750 million downtown urban
redevelopment plan that encompasses Parcel 1A and the Lawton Street
redevelopment block known as Le Count Square in New Rochelle, New York. The Trump Plaza is one of the tallest buildings in Westchester County. The
353,000 square foot Trump Plaza consists of 138,000 square feet of retail
spaces on two levels topped with a 30-story luxury residential condominium
tower.
