Coney Island Hospital

Description: Multiple projects were preformed as Construction Manager. A new
7-story, 220 Bed Inpatient Bed Tower was added to the existing hospital.
Additional renovations included the Ambulatory Care and Cath Labs; 14,000sf
Labor & Delivery Post Partum Recovery Suite over the existing OR Suite; as well as a
new Electrical service, significant site utility renovations and Power Plant
Upgrades.

Kingsboro Psychiatric Center
Owner/Client: New York City / DASNY
Description: Construction Management services were provided for the addition and
renovation of this 168,000sf facility while remaining occupied and operational.
The project was multi-phased to minimize impact of construction on the
residents and staff. Modifications included new mechanical and electrical
systems including state-of-the-art life safety and security systems. Completely
new interior layouts were provided for all patient bedrooms and associated
treatment and public spaces. Exterior renovations were inclusive of a new
roofing system, new windows and façade repair. Additionally a new central chilled water plant was added which serves the entire
campus.

Creedmore Psychiatric
Owner/Client: New York City / DASNY
This project involved modernization of the existing 21-story facility to meet
current health codes, ADA accessibility requirements as well as various levels
of security controls to meet the program needs. Construction Management
Services were provided for the 450,000sf phased construction while the hospital
remained occupied and operational. The scope of work included all Architectural
finishes as well as Mechanical and Electrical systems.

Coney Island Hospital Labor & Delivery Wing
Owner/Client: New York City / DASNY
Description: The Coney Island hospital’s $8.7 million, 14,000 SF labor and delivery suite modernization was part of the
8th floors and was a complete renovation. The work was done off hours since the renovations was directly above the active
Operating Room.. Coordination with hospital staff was essential during ongoing
hospital activities.

Saint Barnabus Hospital
Owner/Client: New York City
Description: Providing pre-construction for budgeting and phasing task order
style contracts to the operational hospital campus in the Bronx, allowed the
hospital to target key aspects and prioritized upgrades. The hospital facility embarked on upgrades and modernizations identified in the
5 year planning outline and future realistic budgets allowed for capturing and
aligning key capital requirements. Logistically working in and around the operational hospital facility required
careful consideration for patients and staff.

Ralph Lauren Cancer Center
Owner/Client: New York City / DASNY
Description: The Harlem based outpatients clinic affiliated with North General Hospital
created a local cancer facility in its Harlem Center. Construction of this medical facility created an outpatient facility with modern
health facilities.
