Atlantic Terminal Retail & Office Complex sitting on top of the LIRR terminal.  This project started as a 471,000 sf retail center than had a 355,000 sf 10 story office building added as an over-build.

Value: $154 Million
Worth Street
Owner/Client: Forest City Ratner

Worth Street residential consisting of a 370,000 sf rental building on 19 floors with 330 units as well as basaement and parking for 238 cars and ground floor retail.

Value: $62 Million
Queens Place
Owner/Client: Forest City Ratner

A 440,000 sf retail complex.  This project consisted of the addition of a 2 floor over-build with added parking as well as new verticle transporation.  The existing basement and foundation were excavated and altered to provide additional height to permit a retail use.

Value: $54 Million
Harlem Center
Owner/Client: Forest City Ratner

Harlem Center Retail & Office
Complex started as a 154,000 sf mulit-story retail complex and then added a 125,000 sf office tower as an over-build.  The office over-build was completed after the retail complex was occupied and open for business.  

Value: $40 Million
